Under My Own Powers
That I came out of last week still standing and speaking in complete sentences is a dang ol’ miracle. I don’t think I went to bed before two in the morning once and that’s not something I’ve done since before my mission… The good news is that the projects are out the door, the baby shower is over, the house is painted and paperwork in my office is somewhat less disorganized than it was a week ago.
The payoff was taking the Bugs and Beetle to a guys night out kind of deal where we ate fast food and played video games and crawled around in a play castle until 11:30 at night.
Good times.
