Ze Weekend
Between stressing on clients and swimming with the boys, I didn’t have time this weekend to get sick… Thank goodness for Mondays, the day when weekends catch up with you and you can sit and let the exhaustion from the last two days take over your body without feeling guilty of familial neglect.
Spent a couple hours at the library on Saturday. I think we need to make that a bit of a Tradition™ around here. The boys sort of grumbled a bit when I told them my idea, but once we were inside they perked right up and each found a stash of reading material, as well as a few videos. I miss reading children’s books, and always enjoy finding that one classic or two that I’d forgotten from when I was small.
The big Bug’s reading skills have improved exponentially over the last few months so we’ll have to make sure all this learning sticks to his ribs and sets the precedent for his siblings…
